We want to first apologize for not responding in a timely manner, however due to the wrong contact information we just received this complaint yesterday February 1, 2018.Mark S***, the technician who is qualified to service this unit, has been off work due to surgery since December
11, Mark spoke with *** *** on December 15th, regarding the unit and told Mr*** that he could not work on the unit until the end of February Mr*** also called our office and in an attempt to help him in a timely manner, we sent another technician, however he was unable to repair the problem.We thought Mr*** understood that, after sending a technician that could not take care of the matter, that he would have to wait on Mark S*** to inspect the unit.Mark S***, with the assistance of another technician, is going to look at Mr***'s unit today February 2, 2018.The unit has a year warranty on the chamber only.There is a year warranty on parts and a year warranty on everything else related to the unit including labor

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me
