Mark's Plumbing, Inc.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that the resolution concerning a refund of $acceptable to end this matter. However, the fact that it took a letter to the Revdex.com in order for Mark's Plumbing to contact me directly after I made repeated calls to the business about this problem is unacceptable. Mark stated: I was called by *** *** insurance adjusters not to proceed any further on hot tubIf she can get me a product and serial number, I would be happy to try to locate a part for her

In response to your letter of Wednesday December 12, 2015 the work at [redacted] was completed on October 20, 2015. Mr. [redacted] called on November 16, 2015 to report the problem he was having almost (1) month after the repair was completed. Mr. [redacted] also stated to the receptionist that he was...

not sure where the leak was coming from but assumed it was from the overflow.  Mark's Plumbing made several attempts to contact the tenant with no success. Mark's Plumbing also was working in the area and stopped over to the house in question and the tenant would not let us in. This information was reported to Mr. [redacted] and he then advised Mark's Plumbing to call him directly instead of the tenant and he would let us in the apartment. Since receiving the letter from the Revdex.com Mark's Plumbing contacted Mr. [redacted]  to evaluate and resolve the situation but again Mark's Plumbing had no success. In closing Mark's Plumbing has been in business over 30 years and has an impeccable reputation with hundreds of new and repeated satisfied customers. However as a good will gesture Marks' Plumbing is willing to refund $100.00 to Mr. [redacted] thru the Revdex.com. Sincerely, Mark's Plumbing, Inc.   Mark [redacted] President/Owner
