Look very carefully They only offer a refund if you don't get the ticket by the time the event starts I still did not have a ticket a little over hours before the start of my event I had to travel hours to get there and I had to print out the tickets because you must print the ticket They kept saying that they don't take in consideration travel time So if they send you an email a minute before the event starts you are out of luck You need to get the tickets printed and get to the event in that minute somehow
Also the customer service was not very good It took over minutes before I reached a human Then the service person who couldn't help me, didn't want to transfer me to a manager Then the manager was cold, unfeeling, and just recited the rules about how the rules of the company are that if they give me an email any time before the start of the event, even minute before the event, there would be no refund

Customer purchased Tickets Our system allows for the purchase of every set that is tickets to be purchased as either or We have a strict all sales are final policy No cancellations or refunds are allowed in this industry We have never had a complaint like this
before where customer claims they bought a different amount of tickets Customer seems to have made a mistake and purchased the wrong amount of tickets Customer service rep that he spoke to is highly regarded and under no circumstances would have spoke to a customer as they claimed. We are sorry this happened But there is nothing we can do

Meanwhile your money is froze and now you can't use that money to buy other tickets through a legitimate site like stubhubAfter spending an entire day dealing with them still no luckThey told me I need to send in a picture ID to get them to allow me to use my fundsRemember it must be a faxThese is can't even process a email with your picture ID like folks do in the twenty first centuryThese is have to have a fax, they don't use email WHAT is!!!So you send in a fax of your picture ID and then they can't read it because they are is and its a faxDO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR DONT BUY TICKETS FROM THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU HAVE NO JOB AND YOU HAVE THE TIME YOU CAN CHASE THEM AROUND TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACKIN MY CASE I WILL WRITE HONEST REVIEWS ON EVERY SINGLE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT I CAN FIND FOR THESE is AND CALL MY BANK TOMORROW TO HAVE THEM REVERSE THE CHARGES

We are a resale marketplace The ticket broker in this case is going out of business and must have told the customer they were going out of business, not us We do not have the customers money, the broker does. If you wanted replacement tickets, we would have found them for the
customer to keep the customer happy However, the customer informed us they found replacement tickets elsewhere.The customer has placed a chargeback on their credit card in order to receive a refund

I emailed customer to explain our side of things.here is a summary of what was emailed.First off, you will be getting a 200% refund. We have gone ahead and issued a 100% refund. The other 100% will come from the chargeback/dispute you placed with your credit card company. If for
some reason they deny that, then we will provide a letter to the Bank for you. If for any reason this doesn’t work, we will certainly refund the other 100%. We are a resale marketplace. We connect buyers with brokers and reliable sellers around the country. In order for a seller to get their inventory on our site, they have to provide excellent service and obviously without question 100% authentic tickets every time. Since your order, we have stopped doing business with this broker.I offered a promo code on future orders as well

I have used Mark's Tickets on different occasions and each time I had no issues at all I prefer to get email tickets and that is what most of the tickets on his site is One time I was having trouble printing out the tickets and I called customer service and they were able to help me switch to pick up tickets delivery method and even waived the extra feeSometimes they do not have as many tickets as stubhub or ticketmaster, but overall they have alot of tickets available

Our notes on this order do not reflect what this Revdex.com complaint is showing.Mark's Tickets is a resale marketplace We are not the ticket holder.We show that the venue cancelled the ticket holders tickets So they offered the customer a 20% discount on replacement tickets and the customer
accepted These new tickets were downloaded on February *** at 5:PMWe show no record of customer emailing or calling claiming they received wrong tickets.If the customer has an email they can forward to us showing these wrong tickets then we can look into the matter further However, we are showing that this customer received the correct tickets on Feb ***
