I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below There was no refusal in any way of disclosing the estimate for the damage propertyThe day of the accident his Foreman was given the cost of the carport that was installed just four days priorEven in his rebuttal he did not acknowledge the shed that was damaged eitherHe is trying to just give me the difference in what his Services cost versus what the cost of the carport wasHe refuses to acknowledge that it will cost money to remove the carport and repair the shedLet alone all of the damage that has been caused to my boat after all of this time because the boat cannot be removed from the carportHe is giving a complete Distortion of the truth and his refusal to disclose any of his insurance information leads me to believe he does not possess any at allI refuse to speak with him because his language and his demeanor are disrespectful and vulgarHe starts to yell at you at a high volume and then hangs up the phoneHe is completely unprofessional unlike his Foreman who is very professionalThis is one of the worst business dealings I have ever had in all my time dealing with contractorsI am going through my homeowner's insurance and I will get everything fixed to my satisfactionHis Foreman told me that everything would be completed to my satisfaction before I would have to pay for his tree serviceHe refused to do all of that instead using what the cost was for his Services as some type of couponHis business etiquette is far from professional Regards, [redacted]

Short Phone Response - This issue was taken care of already, finished grinding a few weeks ago

we did in fact do a job for said customer, the company asked to do the estimate refused to send me a estimate to replace, I waited for that info for monthswhen customer called my company a month ago I again called the contractor for a second time and requested and estimate and they still would not
provide an estimate, at that point last week the customer gave my foreman a estimate for the sum of $1,and change to replace damagei then contacted the customer in good faith and told him I would gladly pay him the difference and he refuses to do so, he also made a statement to my foreman that he would not pay the full amount of what he rightefully owes my companyit's a matter of he doesn't trust me and I do not trust himand when I asked him for my payment if full he asked if he was a foolbut he wants me to pay for the whole carport and then not pay methats; not fairi am willing to pay the difference asap and put this behind us, thank you
