Mark's Wholesale Carpets

They gave us a great price on tile flooring and we couldn't turn down the deal He promised us that he only uses one installer to do the plank tile flooring but unfortunately he was busy so he sent another crew They showed up to do our floor at 10:AM they said they would be there fist thing in the AM They were taking a break looking at their cell phones at 11:AM The installer did the entire job sitting on his *** The tile planks are so uneven that you literally need to wear socks so you don't hurt your feet on the ridges They took two days to do a day job and it looks like a couple of middle school kids were practicing at advanced fort building I called Mark to complain and he said he and the promised installer would be over to look at it They never showed When I called he said they were on another job and he would send over the original installers They came on a Saturday morning and replaced several of the worst tiles but as a whole the floor is terrible I believe that Mark would have agreed that it was inferior work if he would have looked at it These guys don't deserve to be paid, maybe Mark and I both got ripped off by these guys It was the cheapest price and it shows
