the owner has been evasive and not truthful about product being shipped. After contacting the owner after 30 days I still did not receive a refund or the jewelry. I went to the owner's instagram page and noticed that several customers were complaining about the same issue. I truly stand behind the Owner's vision but this isn't ethically right to not follow up or at least issue a refund.
Refund I asked for a refund or product since January 17th. on the 30th she said that i would receive a refund and product, on 2/13 I've yet to receive anything
