The first time I went to see him about my hearing I found that after I took the test he checked the insurance card checked to make sure covered and then told me that the price should not matter to me as it was covered it did not matter He said that he would send in the bill for the hearing aid I want to complain that the service provided did not meet the requirements nor expectations needed to satisfy and his lack of fully answering questions asked by me before pushing the customer out the door What I have now are hearing aids that work half the time as they won't stay in my ears I have been back about this issue times with no resolution
