Brian S* did nothing to help and, in fact, didn't even send my inquiry to the CORRECT COMPANY. [redacted] doesn't sell anything other than posters! I would like to point out right now, that when I first sent them an email I also sent one to [redacted] and have still not received a response and it is December 22.
I responded to Brian S* earlier today and pointed out his error and briefly stated that according to the UPS tracking, it has not moved from Fontana, CA since it arrived there on December 20. In response I received two more automated replies.
I am considering calling both companies to complain. If it goes well, I will do nothing more than update this if possible. Market America | Shop.com does not deserve an A+ rating and there are many forums around the web that have hundreds of negative things to say about them. All positive review I have seen are all identical and untrustworthy.

This company and their products have changed my life! The best decision I ever made was to try their isotonix line.
