Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted] I was willing to accept Montana Flooring Liquidator's offerHowever, Montana Flooring Liquidator scheduled the original installer (Paul) to come to my house against my wishes So on 3/13/(The installer was scheduled six weeks prior) the installer did not bother to show up to my house, nor did he bother to inform me that he was not comingMontana Flooring Liquidators also did not inform me that they had scheduled Paul I called Montana Flooring Liquidator's office at approximately 03:00pm to inform them that the installer did not show up They told me they didn't know anything A few hours later I received a call from the original installer Paul who told me that the office was only willing to send him He made no excuse or apologizes for not showing up on the scheduled day but stated next time he really would show up Unfortunately, I cannot believe anything Paul says, nor can I trust Montana Flooring Liquidators to schedule a different installer despite telling the Revdex.com and myself that they would schedule a different installer At this point I feel that I cannot trust anything from the business and want a full refund for the flooring and labor

Hello,Customer had e-mailed us on March 12th in regards to her order received on March 12th stating that she had received the incorrect productsWe responded on March 14th due to the fact that we are close over the weekendWe asked customer to send us images of the items received as well as the tags on the wigs so that we could have an investigation open with our warehouse right away, so that we could resolve the issue as soon as possibleCustomer never send in the images or contacted us backAfter reviewing the the complain if appears the color description given by customer matches the colors on the item on the orderHowever, we can not be for sure due to the fact that we need the images to review themWe explain to customer that we needed the image because since February 28th, all sales have been finalIf any additional information is needed from us please feel free to contact us back we will be happy to provide with any additional information Thank You, [redacted] T

The original installer did call Mr [redacted] to attempt to reschedule and make repairs to his workWe have gladly attempted to make arrangements to get a different installer into Mr [redacted] 's homeThis can be difficult as installers are very busy and scheduled out with other jobswe are continuing to get this resolved for Mr [redacted] Thank You

Hi [redacted] this is the red wig with tag shows clearly black wig red at tips that is what I ordered.Could not scan sales receipt showin return within dayswith rma which black hair can only give.the wigs are not good at all should not be sold to anyone place look closly to the colors of bothwigs I can fax resales receiptHi [redacted] this is the front of light wig with tag see the colr of tag and lightsHi [redacted] # [redacted] this is the back of the wig that was to be light in front

My mom passed March her landlord ki rd wanted some to move in April more like March since then has had 30days to return the deposit and has not did so I have vedio OG the apartment when we finished Also a vedio Of him stating the apartment wasn't in the best shape when she moved And by
law I had days to be out I gave him keys in two weeksHe advised me if I stayed till April He would deduct from the depositWhich again by law I had 30days

the original installer did call me, but only after missing a scheduled appointment that was booked six weeks prior Also he was scheduled to come to my house after Montana Flooring Liquidators told both the Revdex.com and myself that they would schedule someone different So I'm not sure why they lied about that then scheduled the original installer against my wishes Also on the day that was scheduled not only did he not bother to show up for the 6th/7tb time, this time he didn't bother calling to tell me he wasn't coming

In reference to the above claim, The inspection report in no way reflects that the floor was improperly installed and or resulting in any type of failure. The manufacturer actually contends that there is no manufacturer defect. We have attempted to repair the rubber base for the customer and a plank...

repair which is not covered under warranty. The installer informed us that the customer only wants a full replacement and was told not to proceed. We are happy to replace rubber wall base for the customer and fix the loose transitions. Thanks

In regards to Mr. [redacted], The original installer and Mr. [redacted] were not able to get together to correct the issues Mr. [redacted] has stated in his complaint. We had a second installer visit with Mr. [redacted] and again no resolution was reached. We have now scheduled a third installer to address...

I have not received the inspection report as of Friday April 28.  I have contacted them several times and they said they will get the information to access that report and I still have not received it.  I will contact the Inspection company again on Monday
