Went to a local O'Charley's with a 20% coupon and a $10 gift card last night. As instructed on the coupon, I gave it to our waiter when we placed our order. When we went to pay for our dinner, we were informed that the $10 GIFT CARD was technically a COUPON CARD and they could not accept both coupons. In very fine print on the card they said it states that. Since we had never used either one of these coupons before and the so called GIFT CARD had been given to us as a gift, this was a very embarrassing situation for us because we assumed it was a gift card. We are seniors and up until last night we had only ordered a $4 appetizer and split it. The card should have the words COUPON CARD in large print rather than the words GIFT CARD in large print since it is only a coupon. I have contacted O'Charley's and the company has no intentions of changing this fraudulent advertising practice. Buyer, beware!
