[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: They are admitting the watch had to be repaired several times which is more like six times in the last six year and it ultimately had to be replaced at least once now twice in six yearsThere was no one year replacement policyThe last replacement of the supposedly new watch was in October so it's under a year that this watch has already broken times and is need of another new replacement according to them not meI never made any demands on the company until now that they are wanting me to send them the watch after they just tried to replace it with a knockoff loanerI am skeptical now to give them the watch first because they gave me a fake replica as a loanerI show the pictures of the two watches that look alike the gold one is fake gold stainless steel knockoff with cubic circoniaIt was tested by another jewelerThis is why I don't want to give them my diamond watch without getting another real diamond watchPlus the watch keeps needing repairs every yearI pay for the security each Time I ship$ I kicked out for insurance to the post office every time I shipped that was four times I shipped to them the other two were hour found trip drives to PhiladelphiaThey also kep the watch for months once over a year waiting on the repairs and return shippingThis ordeal has been uglyI would prefer to just get it over with by them refunding my money so I don't have to replace the watch in a few months because it's not working againThe watch just won't keep ticking they said they didn't sell it it anymore yet they had the knockoffs in their windowI don't understand how They are saying I'm not trying to give them the "defective" watch back when I'm just not trying to keep getting a replaced defective watch backIf they can guarantee me a working watch with the diamonds in it that I paid for that won't fall apartI would be happy to accept thatI don't want to replace the wave six days or six months or six years later for a $Swiss movement timepiece this sounds ridiculousNot good quality or good customer service as they saidThey say they don't sell this kind of stuff anymore and I'm not supposed to wonder why? If I had my original [redacted] watch I could call [redacted] and not have this problem timesThe diamonds are not defectiveThe watch however is not running on American or Swiss time because its hardly ever telling time at all or it's falling apart from the wrist so those diamonds are not forever on my wrist because the bezels on the groundSo I want a refund for the extra money I paid for the defective watch and my original watch with the original diamonds or all my money any they can have the defective watch and I'll buy another from someone else who will value my business and my timeI don't want another defective [redacted] watchIf they are guaranteeing the watch will work I'll take itBut I will not pay for a watch that is good for a yearThis watch should be a lifetime purchaseThe manufacturer should warranty the watch after the year if the store does notHe should be sure to include their information with the watch since it it supposedly brand new and the diamonds are foreverI have not had a problem with them as long as they are realNot like the loaner they gave me Regards [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

The last replacement of the supposedly new watch was in  October 2016 so it's under a year that this watch has already broken 2 times and is need of another new replacement according to them not me. I never made any demands on the company until now that they are wanting me to send them the watch after they just tried to replace it with a knockoff loaner. I am skeptical now to give them the watch first because they gave me a fake replica as a loaner. I show the pictures of the two watches that look alike the gold one is fake gold stainless steel knockoff with cubic circonia. It was tested by another jeweler. This is why I don't want to give them my diamond watch without getting another real diamond watch. Plus the watch keeps needing repairs every year. Hello,This is in response to [redacted] request for a refund.[redacted] has been contacted us for a several times over the past few years regarding her [redacted] diamond watch. She claimed that she purchased the watch from us on March 14, 2011 which is exactly 6 years ago...

and that her watch stopped from working. [redacted] could not provide us any proof of purchase nor a sale receipt and when we asked her to provide us with one we were denied. As part of our excellent customer service we have accepted her request for free repair even though the warranty is valid for one year of the date of purchase. We have agreed time after time to repair her watch at our cost and also provided her free shipping for each repair performed. on our the last encounter with [redacted], she have requested a new replacement for her watch. Despite the fact that the watch has been purchased 6 years ago and way past the one year warranty coverage, despite the fact that no proof of purchase was presented, we agreed once again to accommodate [redacted] and to provide her a Brand new replacement. When we asked her to return the defective watch so we can ship out to her the brand new replacement, we Were denied.[redacted] is not entitled to a refund. We have sold thousands of watches over the years and over a thousand watches in the last year alone. We take our customer service very seriously and are rated top for Customer Satisfaction. Our reputation and credibility is our most precious asset. We do not want to hypothesize as to the motivation of [redacted], but the fact of the matter is that we have have provided her free repairs over the years and also a free brand new replacement as she is refusing to return the defective watch.We will be glad to provide Revdex.com with additional information to support our case.SincerelyRafi V
