This customer had been placing orders with us for stuff that
was not on the menu and it was being customized for them by an employee that is
no longer with usThis employee did not share what she had been making with
any other employees or the owners
throughout this entire time and when the
customer called asking for her usual we mistakenly made her something that was
on our menuIn order to make up for the inconvenience to her we gave her over
$worth of free food, to cover the TWO mistakes that had been madeOn the
morning of 8/28/she faxed in an order and our deli manager promptly called
her to confirm the order and make sure that we had everything exactly as she
wanted itHer response to that call was to tell him that he should know what
she wants and to just make the salads, then she hung upHe gathered as much
information as he could and made what he believed she wantedThe order was for
sandwiches and those two saladsWhen the delivery driver arrived with her
food, she took the sandwiches and looked at the salads, yelled that they weren’t
right and handed the salads back in an aggressive mannerShe called us and
spoke to the *** *** He asked to just explain to her what she wanted and
we would make it for her and bring it over immediatelyShe refused to do that,
cursed at him and hung up the phoneWe then got the female employee that she
referred to, to contact her and see if she could figure out exactly what to
make for her so that we could make her happyWhen our employee asked her what
she should make for her to make her happy, the customer responded by cursing at
her and saying that she wouldn’t tell her and that she ruined her dayAfter
being cursed at our employee responded by saying “ I think you should go elsewhere from now
on”After all of this I contacted her to again try my best to work things out
and she told me that she wasn’t going to pay for what she took (out of
items ordered, refused) and preceded to curse at me, then hung up the phone
I tried to call her back and continue to do my best to work things out and had
no luckThis was a very upsetting incident for all of us hereEveryone that
works here does there absolute best to acknowledge our mistakes, compensate for
them and to make our customers happy In
five years of being in business and thousands of customers, this is the only
customer that we have not been able to work out an issue with and make them
happy and it’s truly upsettingUnfortunately I have to draw the line at my
employees being cursed at and degraded, when they’re only trying to find out
what to do for the customer

Review: I have used this company for the last year and a half with very little mistakes. In May/June, I started noticing the lunch orders were wrong or had missing items. I spoke with an employee, [redacted], whom informed me that he had to let the person go that normally handled the orders/kitchen because of substance abuse & he wanted to keep our business. So, he said your next two lunch orders were on the business. Those orders came with missing items, also. Today (8/28/14), I faxed the lunch order in for the meeting at noon at 7:52am to be delivered by 11:30am. Half of the order didn't come. When they sent a delivery driver back with the rest of the order, it was incorrect. I called them at 12:20pm to ask where the rest of the order was or did I have to go somewhere else to get lunch for the people that they didn't bring lunch for. And a female employee told me to go somewhere else to get their lunch and hung up on me. I feel this is totally unacceptable behavior from a business and/or their employees!!Desired Settlement: I don't want or need anything for myself & will never use the company again. I just want to bring this matter to the Revdex.com's attention.

$200 worth of free food, to cover the TWO mistakes that had been made. On the

she wants and to just make the salads, then she hung up. He gathered as much

10 sandwiches and those two salads. When the delivery driver arrived with her
