In response to this complaint, please be advised that the Chicago tax rate increased from 8% to 9% The contract is correct at 8% Chrysler Capital adjusts the additional cost internally for the additional tax It took Naperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram several calls to get this explaination We have contacted the customer to explain this We feel this matter is closed[redacted] General ManagerNaperville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram
The antenna was burned through in two areas indicating a lightening strike Based on all indicators (multiple modules burned out as well) it is a "lightening strike" FCA's Technical Assistance recommended the owner to contact her Insurance Company Her Insurance Adjuster came out to inspect the vehicle and he feels it is a lightening strike as wellWe believe this case is closed

I am rejecting this response because: lightking does not bend and if it came in and out antenna how did it go through the car I've also asked about the other electrical problems withvthr car and history would be fixed and have been ignored. Tim *** has also lied several times about these being denied from jeep

FCA/ TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, BELIEVES THAT THE FAILURE OF MULTIPLE COMPONENTS WAS CAUSED BY A LIGHTING STRIKE, THROUGH THE ANTENNA, AND FCA FACTORY WARRANTY DOESNT COVER THIS ISSUECUSTOMER VEHICLE IS AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTION/PICTURES DURING OUR SERVICE DEPT HOURS OF OPERATION AND TIM MCKAY,
SERVICE MANAGER WILL REVIEW FINDINGS WITH CUSTOMER AT THEIR CONVIENECEWe cannot offer any resolution through fca warranty as lightiening strike is not covered

the lease contract calculations were presented to the customer several ways, with trade in or without trade, and customer entered into lease contract fully aware of their payments and trade in value. the lease contract was through chrysler capital, who has since verified and funded this lease...
contract, so we feel this matter is closed. customer opened a FCA MOTORS customer complaint and that was alos closed.
Our clients vehicle is now at our shop and the concern is being addressed at NO Charge to our client

The noise nor any other problems with the vehicle were evident at the time the vehicle was in for service. If it had been there at that time, we would have set up a claim with his extended warranty company. The repairs needed were needed after driving over 1,600 miles. We could not have...
