Review: WebinarJam makes many, many claims for how great their product is; however, in reality the product functions extremely poorly. For instance:- You are supposed to be able to stream videos during your webinar; however, the number of videos is limited to five (they don't mention this in their advertising OR in their tutorial) and, worse yet, when you have five videos you can no longer access the buttons to stream them.- You are supposed to be able to make all chats private; however, in reality even if the chat button is set to private, everyone sees all the chats.- The program has an option to send out an Outlook reminder; however, for many users the outlook reminder contains wrong or unusable information- In many cases, people who register for webinars through WebinarJam end up not getting a link to the webinar- The quality of the webinars themselves are very, very poor if video is used. Some of these problems may take more than 30 days to discover. If, for instance, you do not use one of the advertised functions in the first 30 days, you may not realize it is faulty. However, WebinarJam insists that its 30 day trial policy means no refunds after 30 days... even when its own product is at fault.Desired Settlement: $300 (the purchase price) and an apology for the abhorrent customer service
