I didn't get an explaintion.....and don't plan to use them in the future...to expensive, and not fallowing price list on plan

Although patient has signed contract about automatic payments on attached credit cards, she is upset that we are causing overdraft fees for being processed on scheduled dates She has filed a claim with the Revdex.com and requests $to be credited toward patients account as this is the cost of the
overdraft fees We have tried to reach patient multiple times and have been unsuccessful to resolve issue with patient Doctor approves $credit toward patient’s account which has already been adjusted We have removed credit cards on file for patients account so that no automatic payments can be taken out Patient is now responsible for making payments each months before/or on the 1st Risas Dental & Braces*** *** ***

reason for the charges to the account were due to not signing the new contract where you agreed to pay the $20/month until the $were paid off. We are glad you were able to continue your orthodontic treatment at one of our other officesThank you for giving us the opportunity to make it better for you

The complaint has been resolved. We spoke to the patient regarding the complaint and her request. We refunded the amount of $243 to the patient on 6/30/17.  The patient had paid $774 and we subtracted the services rendered totaling at $531 to equal the amount refunded to her of $243. The...

refund was supposed to take 3-10 business day. We spoke to the patient on July 7th and confirmed the refund was received.

The review has been resolved. We spoke to the patient on 1/13/18 via phone. We explained why the cost of the extraction was $151. The doctor understood and felt the discontent of the patient and we agreed to credit the patient's account the amount of $150 for future treatment.
