Princesseye trial of product not cancelled, as requested. Subsequently billed as Max muscle advantage and Youthful crème.
In June of 2018, Princesseye sent me a trial sample of their product to try and cancel within 3 weeks if not satisfied. I called them within the 3 week period and told them, as a professional cosmetologist, I saw no benefit to their product and requested cancellation. I thought this would be the end of it. My husband had agreed to go paperless on our credit card statement and failed to check our monthly statements online. In February, I received a package from Youthful crème. My husband called to find out why we received this and was told we had never cancelled the program. As my husband was not privy to the June, 2018 cancellation, he was confused about the cancellation. Upon reviewing our past credit card statements, we found 5 charges of $89.99 for which we had only received the February, 2019 product, which we promptly returned in the mail. Unfortunately, we did not keep a record of this return. We feel we are at least owed a refund of the 4 charges for which we received not product ($359.96). We have since had to cancel our credit card to stop any future charges from this company.

Desired Outcome

As indicated above, we would like a refund of at least the $359.96 for which we received no product. I guess the one shipment we returned but did not keep a record of might be our responsibility.

ordered a free trial .. cancelled said items 3 times and they continue to charge my card monthly.. do not but anything from them .. a scam !!
ordered a free trial .. cancelled said items 3 times and they continue to charge my card monthly.. do not but anything from them .. a scam !!

Desired Outcome

refund

Fraudulent charges stating I clicked on an email, scrolled down and clicked on an "activate" button to allow them to send product.
Multiple account charges on the year 2018 of $89.99 each. Every time, I notice the charges when monitoring my online bank account and the charges were pending from maxmuscleadvantageXXXXXXXXXX. I would call immediately and get passed from one representative to another. Each stating that they could only offer me a small percentage of my money back as I they had already sent the product.

Each representative stated that I had clicked on an email, scrolled to the bottom of the email and clicked on an "activate" button in order to activate the company to send out the product. Each time I was unable to find the email they had spoken of. Each time the manager was final supervisor I spoke with was able to refund my money and reported that he would be able to give me a full refund.

With the exception of my lost recent transaction. On 12/19 I went to check my online account. Another $89.99 was charged so I called the number, and spoke with a woman who stated that on 12/16 I clicked on an email, scrolled down, and clicked on "activate" to activate this produced to be sent to my home. Again, this email is no where to be found. Not in spam, or my regular email. I was then transferred to a supervisor. She stated that she had an IP address. I again stated that I had not done this and that I would like my money back. She then went on to say that she could do only 2 things. She could remove my name and information so it did not happen again, OR she could give me 20% back. She said she could not do both because if she removed my name, there would be konaddress fornthem tonsend the refund to.

I told her that Inwas lot interested in 20%, I would like my full refund please as I did not active my account in the first place. She then stated that because the item was already shipped to me and it was a face cream, I was unable to get more than 20%. I told her that was unacceptable and to remove me from all of her lists.

Desired Outcome

In addiction i would like my name, email, address, phone number, and credit card information off of all of their information and their affiliates.

Free sample never came don't even remember ordering it. Then account was charged twice for $89.99 for 2 items that never came that I didn't order.
I was charged twice for $89.99 from eye cream concealer and diet monster. As soon as I saw the charges I called my bank to report fraud. They issued a temporary credit and issued a new debit card. Then I got a letter from bank saying the temporary credit was revolked. The company had my info. The bank gave me phone number for the company. I have called several times and was told I should have called them instead of the bank that now they can't refund my money even though they admitted I never got any product from them. So I never got any sample or any product nor did I want their product! So I'm out $179.98 ill never see again!

Desired Outcome

I want my money back because I never got anything from you and I don't want your product! Your associate admitted that I got nothing from you!

Received product that was not ordered and credit card billed for $89.99. Calls to customer service number got me transferred to a supervisor where I was sent to a voice mail. Ordered trial version in 2017 and cancelled immediately and just started receiving the product and was billed for it in October. Canceled this and got an order from another name company (MaxMuscleAdvantage.com XXX-XXX-XXXX) billed to my card. Do not have that product yet. Did not order it either. Called the LajovenCream.com XXX-XXX-XXXX number and asked the customer service rep if this was another company of theirs and they answered yes. Canceled this one too, but can't get my money back. Customer rep sent me to voice mail. Called the MaxMuscleAdvantage.com number and they sent me to a supervisor which was an easy way to hang up on me. The phone went dead after a few minutes. The same rep came on the line 3 times thinking I as her next call. Transferred me 3 times before hanging up on me. I have had Chase bank cancel my card and they are filing a claim to get my $ 179.98 charges back for me. Is there anything else I can do to get this company stopped from this unscrupulous business attach on consumers? Very dishonest business practice for these two companies.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) Would need a check refunded to me in the amount of $ 179.88) They cannot credit my card because it has been canceled through my bank. I have one of the products unopened that I will mail back if they send me a pre-paid mailing envelope. Do not have the second product yet, but will mail back under the same pre-paid condition.

False advertising! trial samples of face cream for offered @ $4.95 ea s/h. I was billed 6x $89.99 I sent additional pkgs back but no refund. Dishonest
I ordered 2 trial samples of skincare for $4.95 ea S/H from a company lauded by TV show SHARK Tank products were eyecreamconcealer.com & regrowthsoul.com,the company is operating under Marketing Partners Online LLC. I received samples, was billed 4.95x2 on 7/5/18 then was billed 89.99x2 on 7/19/18 the again on 7.30 for regrowth & 7/31 for eyecream. I returned those w/o opening & called company to stop sending product. On 9/2 & 9/5 I was billed 89.99x2 again and received more product which I returned unopened. In all I have been billed 89.99x6 for 2 trial samples offered at $4.95 ea.The company claims I joined a club, this is deceiving advertising, I was not aware of joining anything.I have only my samplle products, all others were returned. I have called the phone numbers associated with the products eye cream is 1-888-613-0280 and there is no signal, 1-888-665-8407 and I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes each time I called and not able to reach customer service.

Desired Outcome

unauthorized charges to my credit card, saying they will refund my credit card and did not.
said it was a free trial of youthful creme. Sent me the "free" trial and charged my credit card $89.99 and $4.95 Charged on June 27,2018. Contacted the Youthful Creme company by phone on July 6, 2018, and told them to cancel future orders and wanted a refund for unauthorized charges. They said they could not give a refund.
They again sent a jar of youthful creme on Oct.10 and charged my credit card $89.99. I sent an email stating I had cancelled my orders 3 months ago and wanted my credit card refunded. They sent me a reply email stating they would refund my credit card within 3-5 business days and I didn't have to return the creme, I could keep it as a gift for the problems I had encountered. I sent another email stating I hadn't received a refund yet and haven't heard back from them since.

Desired Outcome

I would like my credit card refunded for unauthorized purchases and no further contact with this company.

I was charged for 2 orders of $89.99 each that I did not order. I only received one and mailed it back unopened. They credited the 2nd charge on my credit card as they had not sent that order yet. I cannot get them to refund my account for the 1st charge that I returned on June 11, 2018. They are not returning my calls or e-mail.

This customer ordered a skin care product on our website on May 5, 2018. The customer was mailed their product on May 5, 2018 via USPS First Class Mail (Tracking: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) and then the customer did not cancel their automatic shipment so the customer was again mailed another supply of the product on June 5th, 2018 however this product was refused USPS Tracking: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Once we received notification from the customer that they were not willing to continue with the automatic shipment program, we refunded the customer. To this day we have not received a return of the first initial product and this is why we have not issued a second refund. We have only received 1 of the 2 packages back to our warehouse that were dispatched to the customers homes.
