Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint I also have received a response from this business I also have received several calls from them which I did not answer I DID NOT review their website from my computer (it was already corrupted) I reviewed from my work computer Once I reviewed I spoke with my computer technician and was instructed to bring my laptop to them to review It was discovered that the BIOS was corrupt and my laptop computer was destroyed Prime Technologies LLC does not want to admit it was their fault in destroying my laptop Regards, [redacted]

Hey [redacted] , we tried to contact customer , however Customer did not answer the phone , we did help customer to get the refund of $from other 3rd party company as mentioned earlier and we do not have any problem in refunding the amount which customer paid us Customer Satisfaction is our Prime Concern Regards Escallation Team

This is a fallto my original complaint # [redacted] of early June After many conversations with with the manager representative of this company (Prime Technologies LLC) and a promise of satisfaction to me by this individual that did not materializeThe mutually agreed date of compensation was the 15th of July I have have come to my wits end with this companyI'm also convince, through many phone conversations with numerous individuals that answer when I have called and when they have called here, over the past two months that this company uses many different namesPrime Technologies LLC, [redacted] Solutions and [redacted] are the three main name they useI have also been called by a company named ***, [redacted] Support Centre pertaining to being associated with the previous mentioned three companiesDuring one of our conversation of late, I provided an email address to send information per his requestHe never responded to my email, I have also notified them through this email address or I would be sending this follcomplaint to the Revdex.comI also stated he contact me via email as I'm looking for documented proof of our communicationNothing has been received to dateAlso, due to numerous calls from these companies that we can not trust, we are no longer accepting calls from any 1-numbersYou have my email addressthey can contact me via email onlyIf and when I received what was promised to me, I will then remove this complaint, otherwise this will remain on fileLive up to your promise and only contact me via email for any further communication

Dear Sir mam , This is to inform you that [redacted] has paid some other company and our customer support team has helped her to get refund from that company , Mrs [redacted] has take services from us but she did not pay anything as she is in hardship right now To add further on this customer is not even aware of any such complaint made towards PRIME TECHNOLOGIES LLC .Customer is really satisfied with the services provided by Prime Technologies to her and is ready to withdraw the complaint Kindly look into the matter and revert back at below mentioned phone number [redacted] Regard Escallation Team

Hi, This is in response to the Complaint:- [redacted] that as discussed and informed by the customer, the customer called on a number which was no more in use and the customer talked to some other company who were impersonating as Our organisation and then the customer dialed the second number which is active in useThe customer understands the miscommunication and whatever damages were done we have fixed and we will be providing the service to the customer for future as wellRegards [redacted]

I received a check from Prime Technologies for $1,and my bank would not allow me to just cash it as they had no affiliation with the bank of issue I reluctantly deposited it to my account, and it has been several weeks now and it has not bounced So I am confirming that the agreed upon amount of refund settles my claim against them.Again, thank you for your assistance

I spoke with [redacted] , Manager at Prime Technology today 6/23/at 4:p.m AZ time He has resolved my issues with [redacted] & will be refunding me $2,upon arrival of my check at his place of business I would like to withdraw my complaint [redacted] was very kind & didn't pressure me He also assured me that [redacted] has been/will be fired I will be continuing my service & this company is legitimate Thank you for your help Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I will accept Prime Technologies response after the refund is received. The bank has confirmed that the account was indeed hacked after the so called software was installed, they have offered no real proof that anything was ever installed on the computer or that any repairs were performed. Sir/Mam , Customer ( [redacted] ) has paid to different companies and was coned by other companies , however spoke to customer , customer retained with our company (Prime Technologies LLc and will withdraw the complaint lodged against us .Regards Billing Department

This entire fiasco is because of Prime Technologies LLC. The first correspondence with Prime Technologies in February was due to my computer supposedly "being in jeopardy of being attacked by hackers in Russia". The security on my computer was apparently not up to standard so a technician at Prime Technologies told me about a company, [redacted] , which would serve as the new and better computer security. Before all of this even took place I had never in my life heard of Avangate. The technician from Prime Technologies had heard of the company and I listened to them because I didn't know what to do in the situation because I was scared for my personal information. After I gave the technician access to my computer I was in the background observing what was being done. I had no idea what they were doing but at the time I trusted them with everything. After everything was said and done I was set up with top of the line computer security for a few months. After a few months I got another call from them saying that the security that was installed was not good anymore, and I needed to update it. I was told on the phone to file a complaint against [redacted] and demand my money back. I was told that I would have my money back in 5-7 business days. I never got any money back, and was told I needed to send more money to Prime Technologies to keep my computer secured. In hindsight none of this would have ever happened if I had just hung up the phone immediately the first time that they called me. Since then, and because of Prime Technologies I am out $3000, and am constantly harassed with countless phone calls each and everyday. I had a very long conversation the other day with a manager at the company who seemed to want to help, but the second I asked to withdraw from their services he was only concerned about the complaint I had filed, and their company name being in jeopardy. Now all of my personal information is in jeopardy because this company is most likely a scam company. I can only hope that other people around the world are smarter than I was and hang up the phone immediately when Prime Technologies LLC calls and says their computer is in jeopardy of being infected or under attack from a hacker in Russia. This is why I am rejecting my complaint against Prime Technologies LLC. Regards, [redacted]

Hey [redacted] * I want again to reiterate that we are facing serious concern here and are in a very helpless situation , we have been trying to contact Mr [redacted] but he is not responding to our phone calls and also left message for him but did not receive any call from him either . talk to Manager (***) , and he solved my problem promptly He was very helpful and if I have other issues I will talk to him only After speaking to *** , I rest assured that I am talking to professionals and people who know this business well I am very much happy in keeping Prime Technology as my computer service company and would like to withdraw my complaint against them thankyou very much for helping me out in this Regards *** ***
