To whom this may concern, I'm writing to let you know that [redacted] came to me and asked me to work with me. Every contract (which is stated on my website [redacted]...

states there simply are NO refunds. I explain this in every call prior to a client working with me.
There simply are NO refunds because a client isn't only reserving time in my calendar, but they also receive an e-course with their training filled with over 15+ hours of training.
This was sent to [redacted] the day she registered and paid to work with me.
She also asked that I write up a Marketing Plan for her which takes time and time is money.
My lawyer has already sent her a letter explaining to her she is NOT getting a refund and that she is NOT allowed to have any further communication with me.
I strongly advise you take a look at that letter and you abide by it.
Please take this complaint down as the client simply didn't follow through.
That isn't my fault.
I gave her an ecourse, a marketing plan and over 1 hour consult. She isn't getting a refund.

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you [redacted]My initial complaint was, and continues to be, that Courtney misrepresented herself on our telephone conversation of October 8, 2015.  At no time during that telephone conversation, did Courtney advise me of her "NO REFUNDS" clause yet in her recent response she states, " I explain this in every call prior to a client working with me."  Why was I the exception to her rule?  I was not informed of the "NO REFUNDS" clause prior to payment -- a payment made while we were still on the telephone and Courtney KNEW I was processing a payment.  Please refer back to my initial complaint.  As well, please be advised that it was Courtney who initiated our contact - again misrepresenting herself stating that "[redacted] came to me and asked me to work with me."  Also, the information Courtney claims was sent to me on "the day she registered and paid to work with me" never reached me until the following day because, as written in an October 9, 2015  Email to me she "tried sending this Email to you last night and it got bounced back to me for some reason....I pray this works."Finally, the letter from Courtney's lawyer ends with "[redacted] wishes you luck in the future with any job or endeavor you seek."  Nowhere in that letter does it state that "she is NOT allowed to have any further communication with me."  I took another look at the letter and feel there is nothing to "abide" by!I will not be bullied to take this complaint down.  Courtney is deceitful, dishonest, intimidating to the point of bullying, and manipulates information in her favor.   [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:At NO time during our telephone conversation did Courtney disclose her NO REFUND policy nor did she refer me to her contracts page via her website.Again, the contract did not reach me until the following day via Email dated and timed October 9, 2015 at 8:19 AM.  The ONLY time the NO REFUNDS clause was brought to my attention is when I phoned Courtney 5 hours after our initial call to let her know that I would not be able to go forward working with her due to extenuating family health issues.I fully understand your "rules" and am not asking you to change them.  I concede that there will never be a refund given to me.  My continued complaint is that you misrespresented yourself by not disclosing this information.  Perhaps it is you who doesn't remember our conversation.  The fact that I was actually processing a payment WHILE we were on the phone together and Courtney KNEW this was happening, is most disconcerting.I will not take the complaint down!

Hi I'm writing a response to the letter I got. The client was not only sent a contract stating there are no refunds, but was also told on the phone that she can view the contract via my website.   Every call I have with every client I explain the NO REFUND policy.   So perhaps my client didn't remember due to the amount of information that was given however, everything was sent to her in an email therefore, there was no information that was being withheld.   If you look at my client's testimonials you'll see that I do have a very successful business which my client's are pleased to work with me.   My services are not free and every client gets an e-course with the training.   I provide a top notch service to all my clients. You can vie the testimonials here [redacted]   My clients are always happy with the terms and conditions.   My terms are my terms and they WILL NOT change under any circumstances.   I'm sorry that [redacted] doesn't like the rules and doesn't want to abide by them.   I'm asking for you to dismiss this case.   Thank you, Courtney
