Even though he wasn't feeling up to par, he was the friendliest, most informative person I have got in a long time He was Eager to Help, not Over-Bearing, and Gave and Explained Information I had never been told before and explained as well as he did The whole time he made me feel comfortable and never threatened or on guard Enjoyed the WHOLE ExperienceHe bared with me while I had to reboot computer and explaining terminology I did not understand giving encouraging words the whole time I ended up ADDING ALOT MORE on my account and I don't believe (Even though I have NEVER gotten anyone I was Never Not satisfied with) I would have added the things I did if it hadn't been for LloydI would appreciate it and also to tell you You have an Asset to Norton's that YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE In my eyes I would definitely be looking to see if he could be moved up on the board Again thanks for your Help for me, my computer(s) helping me renew and helping me keep where I can afford your protection with promotions or cause I keep coming back
