I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe documentation to which they refer never clarified that I would not be getting the $refundedI was always under the impression that they required at least a $deposit and that was why I didn't question it on their offer worksheetAt no point was I told that the $was not going to be refunded, even when I signed the offer worksheetI trusted that I was told everything, but unfortunately, information was kept from meThis so-called documentation also promised me $299/month payments and that didn't happen, so that voids the document anywayThey can't claim it as proof of anything if their side of the bargain was not upheldOf course, he didn't comment on that fact because he doesn't want to highlight that they haven't been forthcoming with information through the entire dealThe bottom line is that the conversation I had with the salesman informed me that the $deposit was required, but that it would be refunded to me upon delivery of the vehicleSuddenly, I get the car, sign the legal purchase documents (at a higher monthly payment than they promised me) and now they claim that the $was never meant to be refundedBad business practices all around with this experienceThese are very underhanded dealings with a customerRegards, [redacted]

To Whom it may Concern,
The Tribute was satisfactorily New York State Inspected The customer does have a valid complaint in the our salesperson treated her when she came in this week Our owner* *** *** has since spoken to the customer and apologized for this as well as
offered a good-faith $credit toward service of the Tribute at our shop This seemed to be satisfactory to the customer.

To whom it may concern,
An inspection cost is $whether the vehicle passes or fails I would hate to lose a customer over $and would be willing to offer a $voucher for service at our dealership that I would personally oversee We do have other service advisers if
you would prefer to work with someone else in the future I was not present when the issue in question happened so I don't want to take sides but I'd like to do everything I can to earn the trust of the customer backRegards,

As mentioned prior, we do have documentation that shows the customer signing to a payment with $200 down.  I am not sure why a down payment would be refunded as it was not a 'deposit' it was labeled as '$200 down' when signed.  Also the quoted payment went up because the payoff the customer gave us was lower than the actual payoff when we called for it.  Again, the $200 down was applied to the deal, if the customer does not want to put the $200 down we can rework the deal.

To Whom it May Concern,We feel as if we have done nothing wrong in this case.  It seems as if the customer is taking the word of her mechanic over our Suzuki-Certified Technicians and we are not sure why. Regards,[redacted]

I...

have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The documentation to which they refer never clarified that I would not be getting the $200 refunded. I was always under the impression that they required at least a $200 deposit and that was why I didn't question it on their offer worksheet. At no point was I told that the $200 was not going to be refunded, even when I signed the offer worksheet. I trusted that I was told everything, but unfortunately, information was kept from me. This so-called documentation also promised me $299/month payments and that didn't happen, so that voids the document anyway. They can't claim it as proof of anything if their side of the bargain was not upheld. Of course, he didn't comment on that fact because he doesn't want to highlight that they haven't been forthcoming with information through the entire deal. The bottom line is that the conversation I had with the salesman informed me that the $200 deposit was required, but that it would be refunded to me upon delivery of the vehicle. Suddenly, I get the car, sign the legal purchase documents (at a higher monthly payment than they promised me) and now they claim that the $200 was never meant to be refunded. Bad business practices all around with this experience. These are very underhanded dealings with a customer. Regards, [redacted]

The reason why I believe my mechanic over the "certified" tech's is because after bringin my car to them 3 times  they kept giving the wrong diagnostic. My mechinac got it fixed right the first time. All I am asking for is the $100 back for the diagnostic that Suzuki gave me back WRONG causing me approx $3000 in unnecessary work.

To Whom it may Concern, We've had the vehicle here several times and had our own Mazda Certified Mechanics as well as Mazda's own Corporate District Reps.  Not once we were able to duplicate the problem and Mazda Reps have deemed the vehicle as safe on multiple occasions now.  There is...

no way to exchange the vehicle but she can certainly take it to another Mazda dealer for service if she would like. Regards,  Anthony D[redacted]  Sales Manager, Marketplace Mazda

I have reviewed the...

response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I contacted Allstste immediately and they kindly did a follow up estimate that outlines concerns of marketplace mazda's workmanship and further damage as a result of that workmanship. Attached is a copy of the estimate. Allstate also stated that they would be willing to make further adjustments if necessary on their part to complete the job to satisfactory standards. Mazda was not willing to do so.  Regards,   [redacted]

To Whom it May Concern,   Again, we don't see that we did anything wrong here.  I can understand the customer being upset that the other mechanic performed a very costly job that was not needed but this doesn't have anything to do with us.  Had we done a job that was not needed I would understand the customer being upset with us but this is not the case. Regards, [redacted]
