Junk Mail from MarketPro Homebuyers
It seems that every week there this junk mail from this company in my mailbox. Sometimes I write "Return to Sender" on the envelope and stick it back in the mailbox, and sometimes I shred it. I've never had any interactions with this company and will never sell my house to them. No one has time nor energy to waste having to deal with repeated junk mail from this ridiculous company.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that the problem has been resolved satisfactorily Although we have not received communication from MarketChoice, as stated in the reply, the issue about leaving garbage and construction debris [redacted] from the work on [redacted] **looks to be resolved The last week of January, there was a dumpster bin in place at [redacted] **., between the properties, that is being used for catching waste materials There was no construction debris on [redacted] on inspection of the property on January 31st, so the dumpster appears to be an effective solution.Thank you! To Whom It May Concern:1) (June 2016) Left hazardous glass shards and exposed metal edges from the refurbishment on our resident property.Our original contractor for this renovation was on the job mid-SeptemberThey were released in part as a result of failure to keep the job site cleanWhile the
area in our driveway was not kept clean to our standards, we did not observe any instances of construction materials on your property during any site visits.2) (Jun-Aug 2016) Left construction waste in our residential property's garbage cans.Given that this allegedly occurred six to seven months ago and we were not contacted at the time, we are unable to respond to this complaint in a meaningful way.3) (October 2016) Used our residential property's mailing address for official business from the Comptroller of Maryland, which is considered mail fraud and is a felony.This complaint is unclearWe are unable to control where our mail is delivered of how it is addressedAll of our billing accounts are set up in our corporate name and sent to our corporate billing address, not to individual property addressesIf you have mail that you feel belongs to us, you should forward it to us at MarketPro South, *** *** *** ***, Rockville, MD ***.4) (December 2016) Trespassed on our residential property and removed (/stole) three granite garden bed stones, which appear to be in the front yard of ** *** as of 22" or 23"December in the newly laid partial retaining wall by the fence on the same days that crews have been working on ** *** ***.No work has been done on our retaining wall at this propertyDuring a site visit after receiving this complaint our project manager could not locate any granite stones that have been newly placed on our property.5) (December 2016) An additional missing brick from the support under the garbage cans on 22" or December, on the same days that crews have been working on ** *** ***.Attached is a photo of the area that the resident says we removed brick from their propertyAs you can see, there are two missing bricks; however, as you can see from the photograph, the missing bricks have been missing for some timeHad we removed them, the indentationin the ground would have been an entire brick depth with freshly disturbed dirtOur telephone number is on the sign in the front yard of ** *** ***Any of these issues could have been addressed immediately by calling the telephone number on the signHowever, we have not received any calls regarding any of these issues in the seven months that are referenced in this complaint, In the spirit of being good neighbors, we will gladly provide the owners of ** *** with granite stones from our property, We will also provide them with two bricksWe have instructed our contractors to remain off of the property at ** *** ***

We received solicitations in the mail from market pro home buyers after my mother in law passed away to buy here home. We eventually contact them and Dan Bronstein asked to come by and see the property. After he was their for about 45 minutes he made us an offer. We counter with a price and he agreed. My wife signed the contract as did he. After a one month went by he sent us a email telling us he was pulling out of the contract because he was not going to make enough money on the resale of the home. While we turned other buyers away he lead us to believe that everything was moving forward to closing. He didn't even have the decency to call or met us to let us know. Seller beware. The people in his office pretended no to know what was going on. These people write their own contracts so they come out smelling like a rose no matter what they promise or what they tell you. They are liars and con men.

having difficulty with our mail house making this work perfectly. We do not believe we have broken any laws in sending marketing material to homeowners, however we understand that people may not want to receive these communications and are continuing to work with the mail house to resolve these issues, Unfortunately, sometimes these programming changes take a while to complete.
