MarkGap

I ordered product from this company on September 9. The total of the purchase was $86.80, the funds were processed through my bank account and sent to them on September 10. This is referring to "MarkGap Order #***".

To date, I have contacted the company 4 times by email to request information on when to expect my product for delivery and getting no satisfied result other than it's being "worked" on, I have requested 3 times now to have the order cancelled and a full refund. They have sent me a notification that the product was shipped by USPS on September 21 (I can provide the unused tracking number if requested). I have contacted the post office, a label was printed but no product has been shipped from this company to my address. I have confirmed that it has not even made it to the post office.
