Really poor experienceDid two units for us, messed up both installationsCharges a premium but did nothing rightThey did two units in the same downtown condo buildingThey weren't the cheapest option, but since our condo has strict HOA rules, with steep fines when they aren't followed, we figured they're worth the premium since they claimed to be familiar with our buildingThey messed up installation on both unitsThe first unit, they drilled into a supporting beam, despite being told multiple times not toWe explicitly told them not to, but apparently the project manager we were working with didn't tell the installerThey offered to fix it, but haven't done anything for a monthWe may get a fine from our HOA at any timeAfter months of going back and forth about the fix, the owner called to tell me that they are not responsible for the fixThey said that I didn't ensure the install instructions got written down and only told them verballyThey claim their project manager/sales guy doesn't remember having this conversation with usTherefore, it's our word against theirs and they did nothing wrongHe argued with my wife on the phone for mins about how she was the one who can't keep her story straightFor the second unit, they mis-measured the blinds, despite their project manager coming to our unit three timesThey came, installed it, then realized the blind was too narrow, leaving about a three inch gapInstead of putting our old blinds back, they left it about a third of the way open, and also half-installed so we couldn't roll them downWe asked them to roll the blinds down so we can sleep, but they said a technician was coming right over to roll it downHe didn't show up until the next dayWe didn't get any sleep because of all the light coming in from the building next to usThey claimed the manufacturer sent the wrong measurementsI understand that happens, but as professional blind installers, maybe check them *before* installing the blinds? When they realized the blinds were wrong, they literally left the thing half installedThese are all small things, but they literally did nothing rightClearly did not care about us as customers - could not be bothered to at least roll the shades down so we could sleepThey couldn't bother to fix the install mistake because they had to use an outside company to make the fixMaybe we're too small of a job for them, since their site lists major corporate clientsThey're certainly not cheap - one roll of blackout shades, with an existing motor, cost more than $1,If I could give them negative stars, I would
