Review: This firm was asked to complete an income tax projection for 2013. This should have included income from all sources. However, the firm neglected to reach out to financial planner as instructed and as they have done in the past. The reason I engage this firm is because of their close ties with my financial planner. The result was that significant income from retirement distributions was not included in the projection. This means that my 2013 are significantly underpaid to the IRS.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $250 fees associated with this incomplete and incompetent projection. Any re-projection (as offered) comes too late to resolve in 2013.
