Friday December 9, 2011 contacted Mark's A/C And Heating Service regarding a non-working heater. The repair was performed with a used blower motor from a previous customer. After paying, Mark (owner) advised me he did not have his receipt book w/him at the time and would return with one. He never returned. December 10, 2011 - contacted Mark with a request to have the work reversed and offer to pay for all labor if he would take the used part out and deduct that amount only. Mark (owner) offered to reimburse me $282.00 and provide a full warranty on the part. As of April 2, 2012, I have made repeated attempts to contact him to receive the reimbursement and copy of receipt and warranty. Mark's A/C & Heating Service has yet to return calls, provide a receipt or reimbursement.
