discount the balance when we sell them another car.  There are no monies coming from the insurance company on this account.Our company policy is to discount an account by 25% at any time for the customer.  I would gladly discount the account by 60% if I thought there was a possibility in reducing our losses.At this time we are going to have to write off the total balance on this account.I would consider selling Ms. [redacted]s another vehicle if I had 6 months of paid full coverage insurance on the vehicle which included Ms. [redacted]s and any other possible drivers.

Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2008 [redacted] from Mark’s Auto Sales, Inc. in April of 2015, and the vehicle was financed by [redacted], Inc. (“[redacted]”).   Mr. [redacted]’s account was reported by  [redacted]s as “paid in full” to the credit bureaus when...

[redacted] received a payoff from [redacted]) to assign the account to [redacted]. Subsequently [redacted] was forced by [redacted] to buy back the account from [redacted]. Unfortunately our dealer software system did not reinstate credit reporting on Mr. [redacted]’s account when we repurchased it. Working with the software vendor, we have been able to correct this problem and resume credit bureau reporting for this account.   Since repurchasing this account from [redacted] has serviced this account according to the terms of the Retail Installment Sales Contract that Mr. [redacted] signed with Mark’s Auto Sales.

I have a very limited ability to rewrite contracts with out permission from my underwriting bank.  To Stop the calls, I have removed Ms. [redacted]'s number from the automated calls and will not be called unless the account is at least 20 days past due.  I will be contacting my underwriting...

I am rejecting this response because: If you check all records given and problems starting from 5 mins after driven off this lot you would see how many times I have had this company and only this company work on the vehicle in question. You're stating that the issue could have been prevented yea I strongly agreed! From your end! Check records for repairs done on cooling system dated on 8/27/2015. And this doesn't even include all other issues I gave [redacted] paperwork for after I had it diagnosed at another place due to the fact that every time I received the vehicle back something else was wrong. And as for the fact that the vehicles check engine light went off literally 3 miles down the road after papers signed. That issue was never even corrected properly. The diagnosis was an oxygen sensor and air sensor that your company tried to fix in February and couldn't do it properly so once again I was out a car for almost 2weeks while supposably you had a Mazda dealership do it and once again it still came back not repaired, and what was "Mark's Auto's" reply to that "Oh Well it's on Mazda now" I don't think so. Your company sold me a piece of crap for $21,000 and to-boot I have already placed $8,000 in this companies hands for what? Please let me know. Was I just renting it for $410.00 a month? Well if that is the case then terminate the sale all together and I will walk away if this company will too. Mark's Auto got megot me good.

Ms. [redacted]'s Mazda was towed to Mark's Auto Sales in December for a no start.  The vehicle had no compression, we checked the timing chain and valves and they were fine.  Unfortunately we are short staffed and booked solid.  Further diagnosis we result in removing the engine and...

transmission from the body.  After pulling the head it was apparent that the engine had been overheated severely and that the head gasket was blown.  The customer could have averted the problem with a minor diagnosis and repair of the cooling system.I will send the copy of the repair orders on this vehicle and show which ones the customer paid for and the ones Mark's Auto Sales has paid for.  I will send these over tomorrow when I have somebody more competent on the computer tomorrow.I'm willing to pay for half of the estimate on the head gasket.Things will go a lot easier if the cobuyer [redacted] does not come to Mark's Auto Sales using profanity and disrupting my business. [redacted]
