I am rejecting this response because: This response is not accurate and offers no resolution to this complaint. I would like a refund and for them to cover the cost of having the dash replaced.

Mr. [redacted] brought his truck in because the temperature gauge was not working. We replaced the temperature sensor, and the gauge was reading temperature when he left our shop. 1 week later he claimed that the gauge would not drop completely down to cold when the car had sat over night. We retested...

the vehicle and found that the cluster needed to be replaced, Mr. [redacted] did not wish to have the vehicle repaired at that time, said he would call when he had more time. Now a few months later he returned and blamed my shop for being the cause of the repairs needed. We did not cause or damage any part of the Temperature gauge. We offered to do the labor at no cost,as long as Mr. [redacted] pays for the part needed.
