Mark's Body Shop

This is a really great shop. I broke down 1000 away from home, got towed into this shop. They had me back on the road shortly with a very reasonable bill.

Great service and great prices. I took my car here for a second opinion and got a much better price than at a bigger chain of auto shop. If you want a good, honest price and great customer service, this is the place to go around Knoxville.

Due to a data entry error on the part of our reservationist, the vehicle was dispatched to the wrong hotel. Our office was closed at the time, so the customer called our transportation partner who advised they were "no shows" not...

realizing the vehicle had gone to the wrong hotel.
We sent a letter of apology to the customer on March 21, along with a refund of their taxi fare and offer of complimentary private car transfers should they return to Hawaii.
