Mark's Discount Truck and Auto Sales

About 4 months ago I bought a 2007 jeep wrangler from this dealership. It was my dream vehicle. When I went to look at it I was Lucky enough to deal directly with the manager Joe and owner Mark and kevin in financing. After seeing the price on jeep I was bumped because I knew I could not get a loan for that amount. But they helped me out and got me a loan through a credit union!! With low monthly payment. And great rate. Later when I signed paperwork I realized they dropped the price by thousands so I could get approved!!! He said little profit is better than no profit!! I have since sent 2 friends to them. And I get my oil changes there for very low cost.. If in the market I highly recommend

We bought a truck here In late October 2015. The truck was listed in "good" condition on their website. We went down, it appeared to be in decent shape for an older truck so we bought it for the listed price of $12,500. That seemed to be a fair price for a truck that was truly in "good condition." Little did we know that a good portion of the truck had been SPRAY PAINTED to hide the enormous amount of rust on the truck. It was hidden very well, whoever covered it up did a great job. 6 months of winter weather caused all of the spray paint to wear off though, exposing all of the rust. I'm not talking a little rust. It was completely rusted. There was actually a HOLE I'm the side panel that had been filled in with some sort of spray foam! We contacted Mark's about this issue, and were hold they were not aware of this problem when they sold it to us. They claimed that they had nothing to do with the spray painting, however since we had had the truck six months we were told it is now our problem and they were not willing to help us out at all. Long story short, even though they knew they sold us a truck that was FAR from "good" condition, they would do nothing to help rectify the situation. We were told, "It still drives doesn't it?" Glad to know that the only standard that Mark's has for a car that they sell you is that six months down the road as long as it still drives you should be happy. We ended up having to trade it in at another dealer for THOUSANDS less because the truck was in such bad shape it wasn't worth anything to anyone. The dealer we traded it in to said they would never re sell the truck. This was just the major issue, there were many other issues we had during the 6 months we had it (doors not locking, check engine lights, the list goes on and on) Bottom line is we got taken advantage of, gave them the chance to fix it and they wanted nothing to do with helping us. I am filing a complaint with the Revdex.com as well as posting these reviews so that hopefully no one else has to go through what we did. I have pictures to back all of this up, there is just nowhere to add them in this review.

I had very limited credit, but they helped me out! Even got me the truck I wanted. I purchased it at a great price, and it looks great! Everyone there was awesome! Thank you!
