In reply to Jennifer [redacted] complaint... When they dropped off her boat the stereo switch was broken and they accused us of breaking it, without argument we replaced it with a new one. Also, they accused us of stealing their Bimini light. As far as the rub rail lighting which is a factory product but NOT a factory install. Due to rub rail lighting being installed after the pontoons are on, the mounting location could not be the same as a factory installation. Also, the plastic track for the rub rail lighting is able to expand and contract causing the plastic track not to stay flat, do to being screwed to a cross member without a solid surface to run the entire length of the pontoon boat. The connectors for the lighting were connected to the front of the boat were there is very little water splash compared to the rear of the boat were all the water splashed. There was a screw put in at every cross member to secure the lighting. They were very rude about the install and sat there belittling the Tech that installed it. Apparently knowing themselves what would have been the best way to install, making the Tech wonder why they did not install themselves because it is apparently so easy to do. We could make it look like it was from the factory for a considerable amount of time and materials. To take off pontoons and reinstall them after lighting was in a factory location. We tried to satisfy them at time of pick up. They could have left the boat for us to make right because now we knew their concerns, but we thought because they took the boat that our explanations of why we did what we did with the install that they were okay with it. We also said "if anything went wrong with the lighting we would be happy to fix it under warranty". So if they weren't happy they should have left the boat for us to have a chance to correct anything.

The customer wanted after market installation of under the rail rub lighting put on her boat. After market installation is not like factory installation there for will not be the same due to the toons already being present on the pontoon, not allowing accurate room to work. After market installation...
is always difficult and never the same as factory, this was explained to the customer. In conclusion we installed the under the rail rub lighting on the boat to the best of our abilities and following all directions accordingly. Therefor we will not be refunding any of the purchase price.
