I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I don't appreciate being told that an email to the tech support team would have resolved the problem. I contacted the moderators and asked for the account to be cancelled. They are the only face of Forum Foundry on USMB, and they refused to pass the request on to the appropriate behind the scenes personnel. (One can see my request to that effect in the screen shots that are attached to this message.) Had they done so, this matter would never have reached the Revdex.com. I don't even know who the tech support personnel are; there are no USMB member/user IDs that I ever saw having the label of tech support. In any case. The account has been cancelled, and that's what I requested. Thank you.
