This complaint is totally with out merit. I believe the consumer had other motives for filing this complaint. We were called to look at his refrigerator which was under an extended warranty. The diagnosis found the cabinet of the refrigerator had been twisted by sitting on a crooked floor for years....

The consumer in fact had attached insulation foam above the door seal to try and help keep warm air out of refrigerator cabinet. He was told this would not be repairable as there was no way to untwist cabinet. He indicated he was in immediate need for a refrigerator, at which time I explained the only refrigerator I had in his price range was a Haier. I didn't know the size of the Haier at the time of our conversation but explained I thought it was smaller. He said he wasn't worried because he was by himself and didn't need a lot. I however called the shop and had measurements taken of the Haier. It was smaller and I showed him how small. He again said he was okay with that. I told him we would bring the refrigerator in and he could look at it and was free to decline delivery. The following day we delivered the Haier refrigerator and he looked at it. We explained the crisper bins were not in the refrigerator but he could buy them or we could supply them at our cost of $25 each. He asked us to order them and was happy with the refrigerator at that time. The following Monday he called office and told the secretary he changed his mind and wanted us to get the refrigerator and give him his $150.00 back. He was told [redacted] was out of the office and would be contacted about the request and called back to settle the matter. He was contacted and told that to deliver the money and pick up of the refrigerator would have to wait until both [redacted] and [redacted] were available which would be that Thursday. We received the Revdex.com complaint on Tuesday which was after our contact with him and delivery was agreed to. There was nothing done by [redacted]'s Service Pro to warrant a complaint. We could have told him to deliver the refrigerator for his refund but did not. We have picked up the refrigerator and refunded his money. This matter in our eyes is closed to the satisfaction of our customer.

Called, faxed and emailed this company several times to get a repair estimate on an appliance. Zero response.

Review: I had [redacted] look at a fridge of mine had a bent frame [redacted] told me had one a year old same size he brought it over for $150 I didnt measure it but then said no crisper drawers I can get you two for 50 dollars, we brought it in house, and I believe its over a year old from the wear and tear and no serial number it was rubbed off and it was 4 inches shorter then my old one. I went saturday 5/30 bought a new one the same size as old left [redacted] a message friday and saturday and sunday then monday to come get this refund me the money $150 that is older then a year he lied about and it is not the same size as old one now he refuses to return my calls it goes to voicemail monday evening an employee of his answered said when [redacted] gets back will have him call me still no call back.Desired Settlement: come get the fridge he lied about and refund me the $150 I paid him in cash for it.

Have extended warranty on dishwasher through Grand appliance. They referred us to this contractor. Two weeks ago he was at our home for the repair & was told he needed to order a part & would contact us last week. We've left several messages & two emails. No response. No one answers the phone or email.
