A check is being mailed out today for a 200% refund.

Very good experience. Tickets were delivered fast and exactly what I ordered.

Customer has been refunded.  I will follow up with more details next week.

BUYER BEWARE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DON'T USE MARKS TICKETS!!
-- Well they advertise like they are a real company selling tickets. However, as soon as you give them your credit card they put a hold on the ticket price in my case about $2000.00. Then they send you an email that you have not secured your tickets! Meanwhile your money is froze and now you can't use that money to buy other tickets through a legitimate site like stubhub. After spending an entire day dealing with them still no luck. They told me I need to send in a picture ID to get them to allow me to use my funds. Remember it must be a fax. These is can't even process a email with your picture ID like folks do in the twenty first century. These is have to have a fax, they don't use email WHAT is!!!. So you send in a fax of your picture ID and then they can't read it because they are is and its a fax. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR DONT BUY TICKETS FROM THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU HAVE NO JOB AND YOU HAVE THE TIME YOU CAN CHASE THEM AROUND TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK. IN MY CASE I WILL WRITE HONEST REVIEWS ON EVERY SINGLE SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT I CAN FIND FOR THESE is AND CALL MY BANK TOMORROW TO HAVE THEM REVERSE THE CHARGES.

Our notes on this order do not reflect what this Revdex.com complaint is showing.Mark's Tickets is a resale marketplace.  We are not the ticket holder.We show that the venue cancelled the ticket holders tickets.  So they offered the customer a 20% discount on replacement tickets and the customer...

accepted.  These new tickets were downloaded on February [redacted] at 5:47 PMWe show no record of customer emailing or calling claiming they received wrong tickets.If the customer has an email they can forward to us showing these wrong tickets then we can look into the matter further.  However, we are showing that this customer received the correct tickets on Feb [redacted].

A full refund has been given.  Customer will see the refund typically in 3-7 business days depending on their bank.We are a resale marketplace.   The seller in this case made the mistake in this case, although we will likely not be able to get our money back from them, as they did provide...

I emailed customer to explain our side of things.here is a summary of what was emailed.First off, you will be getting a 200% refund.  We have gone ahead and issued a 100% refund.  The other 100% will come from the chargeback/dispute you placed with your credit card company.  If for...

some reason they deny that, then we will provide a letter to the Bank for you.  If for any reason this doesn’t work, we will certainly refund the other 100%. We are a resale marketplace.  We connect buyers with brokers and reliable sellers around the country.  In order for a seller to get their inventory on our site, they have to provide excellent service and obviously without question 100% authentic tickets every time.   Since your order, we have stopped doing business with this broker.I offered a promo code on future orders as well.

Look very carefully. They only offer a refund if you don't get the ticket by the time the event starts. I still did not have a ticket a little over 2 hours before the start of my event. I had to travel 1.5 hours to get there and I had to print out the tickets because you must print the ticket. They kept saying that they don't take in consideration travel time. So if they send you an email a minute before the event starts you are out of luck. You need to get the tickets printed and get to the event in that 1 minute somehow.
Also the customer service was not very good. It took over 15 minutes before I reached a human. Then the service person who couldn't help me, didn't want to transfer me to a manager. Then the manager was cold, unfeeling, and just recited the rules about how the rules of the company are that if they give me an email any time before the start of the event, even 1 minute before the event, there would be no refund.

I have used Mark's Tickets on 3 different occasions and each time I had no issues at all. I prefer to get email tickets and that is what most of the tickets on his site is. One time I was having trouble printing out the tickets and I called customer service and they were able to help me switch to pick up tickets delivery method and even waived the extra fee. Sometimes they do not have as many tickets as stubhub or ticketmaster, but overall they have alot of tickets available.
