I have had excellent results working with Mark's the last year and a half. I purchased a house May, 2013. In the last 18 months, Marks has removed and replaced my roofing, added gutters, maintained tuck pointing. . In addition, Mark's responded to small fix it type jobs needed of new ownership. All aspects of my relation with Mark's was excellent. Prompt, courteous, advising quotes. Prompt, excellent work. Thorough. Clean. On time. Excellent follow up. Mark's suggested others that were more competent in areas that Marks lacked expertise, rather than doing a poor job. NO over runs. Actually, all work exceeded specs at quoted prices....like after the fact wish lists of my wife were simply taken care of. Nothing major, but certainly could have been an addition to the quote.
