We like to first apologize for the late response, but please consider the following, MW Construction was notified by the Revdex.com many years ago that internet fraud concerning the Revdex.com was rampant, and that the Revdex.com would notify businesses via written letter not via email MW Construction took this advice very seriously and has been ignoring any email solicitations or notifications to date from the Revdex.com (please see attached article regarding Revdex.com scam issue)Once we recieved the written notice, we attempted to respond via the Revdex.com website but received an error (please see the attached screen shot document).Regarding the complaint, MW Construction considered this issue a warranty itemWe replaced all of the tile on the top of the bench and also replaced a glass shower panel at no expense to the customerAll works has been completed and the customer seems very satisfied with the results and finished productMW Construction considers this issue closedMW Construction values our clients' opinions and feedbackWe use this information to evaluate our performance, as well as improve our business operations MW Construction also values it's relationship and accreditation with the Revdex.com Thank you in advance for allowing us to respond to the complaint Please let me know if you have any questionsThank You, Greg Marks MW Construction Services, LLC [redacted] Alexandria, VA (P) ###-###-####

Once we recieved the written notice, we attempted to respond via the Revdex.com website but received an error (please see the attached screen shot document).Regarding the complaint, MW Construction considered this issue a warranty item.
