the service department is and was weeks behind in repairs, her mower was not a *** it had a *** engine on it so the parts had to come from another vendor. The manager from the service department did call her back as he is the one who knew the status of her mowercustomer
did call a number of times certainly not but it took several days to get her machine in the shop and order her parts which took several days to arrive. her machine was repaired the next day after the parts arrive

I am rejecting this response because: I have the paperwork showing it's a ***I bought it newI just got the mower today(9/27/16)Their service folks looked really angry with me. I overheard on of the workers state "Oh she's just a complainer" Wow I won't be going backI can submit photos of my *** and paperwork to Revdex.com if they need it
