The property manager,Janice K,has locked the doors to the Trash rooms,with no apparent reason why.Residents have to take their garbage to dumpster on the property.Garbage collection is one of the rights guaranteed to tenants.Up to this lockout,the blue collar maintenance workers wheel the large plastic containers to the dumpster.Also, container for recyclables.Owner's name of complex is Nicolai N(spelling?);no phone contact or email.PS:Janice has been unprofessional in handling other issues,like my current lease renewal.Other residents have voiced concerns about her,just in conversations,other than this latest garbage lockout.

Marlboro Place Llc Hello ***I am writing on behalf of Marlboro Place Apartments in response to a complaint received by the Revdex.com. It is to my understanding that a current resident voiced his concerns about the trash rooms located at our property and managements decision to forgo this luxury. In reference to the lease which states the following:15. UTILITIES AND SERVICES.Landlord shall be responsible for the following utilities and services in connection with the Premises:- Water and sewer- Garbage and trash disposalTenant shall be responsible for the following utilities and services in connection with the Premises-It is the Tenant’s responsibility to turn over the ELECTRIC utility prior to the time of occupancy and to provide utility account numbers to property management office at the time of receipt of keys.- Electricity- Telephone service- InternetTenant acknowledges that Landlord has fully explained to Tenant the utility rates, charges and services for which Tenant will be required to pay (if any), other than those to be paid directly to the utility company furnishing the service.Executive Suites (furnished apartment) will have ALL utilities, water, sewer, trash, 1 parking spot, PPL (up to $200, tenant responsible for any amount over that), cable and internet paid by landlord.Tenant will not bring, install, maintain, keep. use, or allow to be used in the apartment or in the building any electrical appliance which either consumes electricity heavily, interferes with radio or television heavily, We provide outside trash reciprocals for resident use at each end of the property and maintained according to code by the city. Management has elected to discontinue the additional service of having staff take residents trash to the dumpsters for them due to sanitation and safety concerns. After sending out numerous notices to tenants over the past 7 months, posting notices on the trash room doors as well as in the common areas the safety concerns were ignored. So for the safety of my staff I was left with no other choice but to discontinue this luxury. I am rejecting this response because:I'm challenging the property manager comments from her response to my initial complaint: she claimed that the trash room situation was going on for 7 months,notices posted on tenants doors,& in the common areas.Any notice or memo put on my door is read & replied to if needed,via office email address.Why would this trash issue go on for 7 months?That's absurd.I never got a notice on my door.The response to my email to her,before contacting the Revdex.com,was about safety & health issues to the staff,The notice on the Trash door was posted about a few weeks ago,"saying" Private No tenant Use". Prior to the lockout,garbage in the trash room would be stacked on the few cans available because garbage removal wouldn't be taken to the dumpster on Saturday,Sunday;only Mon-Fri.As far as getting in touch with the property owner,Nicolai N,so as to hear from him that any decision about this action would be signed off by him. But I found his phone number,via white list number search as NJ area code***.Called it but no answer;private number/land line?.I use the office email address for questions about any memos placed on my door.I appreciate the efforts on your behalf Andrew in following through with this process.I expect her to reiterate her prior responses,Thank you,Regards,***.
