Review: [redacted] Stamp and Coins Ltd. placed a full page ad in Linns Stamp News, an international newspaper for stamp collectors. The ad stated " Wanted to Buy,Foreign Postage" (and high value U.S. postage). I responded with a shipment sent by U.S. First Class mail with tracking on October **, 2013. According to the Postal Service, the parcel was delivered on November [redacted], 2013. I made inquiries regarding the shipment and payment on November [redacted], December [redacted], 2013 and my final inquiry on December **, 2013. I have received no communication from [redacted], no explanation and worse, no payment. It is now two months later ( January [redacted]). I believe that [redacted] should abide with the terms of their advertisement and failing to do so consistitutes fraudulent intent.Desired Settlement: I would request payment in the amount of 96.90 for the sale price of the shipment.( a percentage of the face value) Lacking this, I would askfor the actual face value of $117.73 Canadian and $57.85 U.S. dollars.
