Mr. [redacted] is currently stationed in Hawaii. He is supporting an unemployed girlfriend and is failing to meet his support obligations to his current spouse and...
children. He has failed to pay the court ordered attorney fees to his wife's attorney.
At Mr. [redacted]' request we sent over a Marital Settlement Agreement (approved by Mr. [redacted]) for his wife to review and execute. Due to his substantial arrearages, his wife sent him an email that said she would not agree to anything until he paid every cent he owes her and her attorney. (Mr. [redacted] provided me with a copy of her email).
Needless to say, Wife will not sign an agreement to settle this matter. In order to set a Mandatory Settlement Conference or obtain a Trial date, Mr. [redacted] must commit that he will be available on that date to participate in the proceeding if he cannot be personally present. He cannot do so due to his military orders.
Mr. [redacted] is not paying his current obligations for child and spousal support. He is not paying his wife on the arrearages. When I sent him there accounting of arrearages he does not respond to it.
Mr. [redacted] is now being deployed. He is quite upset his wife will not sign the Agreement proposed. Without an agreement or Order of the Judge the dissolution of marriage judgment cannot be entered. We cannot get an Order of the Judge without his appearance in person or by telephone. We cannot force his wife to sign the Agreement.
This office has never taken any money from Mr. [redacted] without authorization. Each of 11 his payments were authorized by him prior to the payment being processed by telephone commencing with his initial retainer.
