unlawful act. There is no agreement between the client and surveyor on this issue.The only wooden stakes placed were along the property line.  These are 1/2 inch by 12 hubs driven flush with the ground and marked with a 2 foot lath with ribbon.  This is also the standard of practice.The survey meets and/or exceeds the standards.Update:  The owner of the company, [redacted], met with Mr. [redacted] on Saturday December 3rd.  All is solved.
