yesterdayWe apologize for the delay in thisIf an explanation is sought, the order was placed on a "Waiting on Customer" status on 9/5/which meant it never had an invoice number in our internal sales program (it was only an active order on our website)When our owner's wife *** processes refunds, she pulls them from a list of invoices (not web orders) and of course Mr***'s invoice was never available for all those weeks of sending out refunds to other customers.My operations manager *** had a meeting with our sales team to make sure that even orders that are stuck in limbo on our website will still get added to our internal sales invoice system so that refunds will apply to those incomplete web orders as wellAdditionally, I have written and implemented new website code that throws a notification message for orders that are marked as "Waiting on Customer" for an extended period of time.Thank you again Mr*** for your patience; The refund check should arrive by mail this week! :-) Given the unusual circumstance that caused the problem, we hope you will consider us again in the future for your FJ62's needs!Regards,***
