I had company come to my home to install a part to my ac unit, and after the part was installed, the service person said my ac was not working the service person took my $check, and waid that he would call it in to see how much it would cost to fixThe company called me and said a truck would be dispatched before noonI said that is ridiculous and unfair to take my check, and then charge me again for another visit in the same dayThe person said she would take $off the 2nd visit charge of $Another service person came out and fixed the ac, and I gave a check $That to me is double dipping and taking advantage of an older, recently widowed womanI won't recommend or use them again

Gary from Marlin James has been out here a couple times to work on our AC/Heating System He always listens to what I have to say and each time he has fized the issues we have fast & correctly He seems to be VERY knowledgeable about AC/Heating systems Also, he is professional and always leaves me with a smile I would recommend using Marlin James for any AC/Heating work and with people like Gary working for them you will be very happy with the job they do and the service you get
