Nasir, my technician, was an extremely professional gentleman who obviously is passionate about his job He knowledge of heating and cooling is evidentHe took the time to educate me on my system II am a single retired women trying to manage our Arizona Summers I now feel much better equippedthanks Nasir and Marlin Services.! PS I am looking forward to a cooler summer and using my electric bill savings on something else!!!

Used MyGuy.com as a guide to locate a recommended plumber Marlin Services was the first recommendation for our area There was a leak in our food waste disposal that was becoming a concern We called Marlin and was quoted the price of $for a service call We authorized dispatching of a service tech who arrived within the hour
The service tech informed us that the disposal had to be replaced He also advised us to upgrade to a more powerful one We did not ask for a price quote at that time as the disposal had to be replaced now
After installation of the replacement for the disposal, the tech stated the cost of the service plus the appliance I feel that the total charges were very high as we looked on the internet for comparable disposals and their prices The range of price we found were $~ $for the same model and power
The service technician was professional in manner and time
I do believe that the difference of charges between the $for service and the total repair costs of $is very inflated, considering the cost of the unit upon researching Stores searched for online prices were Ace Hardware, Lowe's, and Amazon
It appears that the cost of labor for this unit that includes travel time and onsite time is excessive when added to the cost of the unit

Marlin Services provided EXCELLENT serviceI was able to get an appointment quickly and Mike called to let me know he was on his wayThree years ago I paid $700, from a different plumber, for the same service Mike Osteen (Marlin Services) provided a week ago and I paid $326! They not only provided excellent service but also gave me some great tips to maintain my plumbing in good working orderI would highly recommend Marlin Services and if my air conditioning needs any service, I'll look to Marlin Services with out hesitation!

Southwest Gas recommended three companies to use for hooking up our countertop range We chose Marlin because they did not have a special charge for a service call and their estimate seemed a good price They gave us a two-hour window (8-10AM) and showed up around 8: David R was our serviceman He was personable, friendly, professional, and knew what he was doing In other words, he was outstanding! The job was done in less than minutes, tested out completely, and within the estimate they initially quoted I would highly recommend Marlin Services to anyone and, especially, David R Couldn't be happier with the service we received from him My thanks to David
