I have spoke with customer and actually spoke with her earlier in the day that she filed this complaint I informed her we would go ahead and fix the cracks that have arose as soon as weather permitted also I informed them there would be no charge for this not to worry but to keep in mind that AR e
warranty is on the sealer that we use and that's specified in the contract not on new cracks that develops from the ground moving I have a hard time understanding why as soon as she talked with me as stated in her complaint she would contact the Revdex.com and say that I was not fixing it I did explain that our season does not start till the end of April ? or so and she said that would be great and thanked me for saying that I would cover the issue I have worked hard to have a good reputation and this is very confusing that she would make this claim as soon as we spoke and as per statement once again I will re iterate that our grantees are in writing and on the seal coat but we are more than happy to acomidat this customer as we strive to grow and become a bigger company ? thanks for your time
