The business has responded Please see below:Our response to *** complaint, *** possibly could have not quoted $for the replacement of the bumper and paint as we already explained why in our first response.As per the bumper being separated from the body is because the right rear quarter panel to his vehicle is damaged and we tried to aligned it the best we could have and as the paint not matching that is because the car has year old paint on it and we put knew paint on the bumper. *** Our response to *** *** complaint, yes we replaced his bumper to his Honda Civic July **, 2015. There is no possible way we could have done the repairs for only
$dollars when the parts cost over $dollars and the repairs were hours at $dollars an hour laborThe labor hours included for painting hours for installing the bumper, also the paint supplies were $87.50. Our facility uses a estimating system for the estimate. please, see attached Invoices for proof of purchase. Hoping this issue is resolved after reviewing this matter.
