Review: On April 30, 2014, I ordered and paid for an exterior door that I picked out from their catalog. The wrong door was delivered, and installed by a person I hired from a home remodel company that I have used before. The installation was done on May 12. That night I noticed it was NOT the door I ordered. On June 3 the new "storm" door was installed by the same person. I have gone to the store May 13, June 26, July 16. On July 29 another "wrong" door was delivered. July 31 I received a call from Western Building Products, promising the right door to come. I called him Aug. 6, left message. On August 11 he came to the house, showed me a copy from a catalog, asking if that style door was acceptable. I agreed. There has been no word since then. I am tired of waiting.Desired Settlement: I believe they have no intention of bringing the correct door. Since I will have to keep the door that was installed, even though I do not like it, I am asking for a total refund of the price I paid for the stain (which is not on this door), and a refund of the price difference between the door I ordered and the door I received.

As described in the customers statement of the problem, it is correct, however I was never contacted till this letter that I read yesterday Sept 9th. that the second door Western Building Products ordered was still not the right door [redacted] ordered. I talked with Western Building Products twice today, the original exterior door that [redacted] ordered has been on special order due to arrive at Western Building Products on Sept 23rdat that time the service dept. will contact [redacted] to install the correct exterior door that she originally ordered. I contacted [redacted] regarding item 0488 posted on the company's website http://www.marling.com/SaveWithMarling/BargainBarn.aspx. He confirmed the price and I gave him our next available date for pick up. The item was still posted on the day I had stated we would purchase the item. When my husband went to purchase the item he was told it had sold in April. The item is still posted to this day.

My husband went Saturday to purchase this item and was told it was no longer available. It is still posted on your website today. Please make sure the item is removed today. We went through a lot of time and effort to arrange to transport this item home because we were under the impression that it was still available.
