I met with Charlotte this morningEach issue she raised in her letter was addressed.The plastic on the basement ceiling was removed and everything was cleaned up.The electrician stopped out to fix the light and discovered the light bulb was burned out.All other repairs she requested to be done have been completedThe only issue remaining is a piece of floor tile needs to be replaced and a backsplash tile needs to be added.Once these issues are completed this week, she has agreed to pay us the balance due
