Dear Revdex.com;A customer has submitted a complaint (ID [redacted] ).Busheys Automotive strives to provide the best services possibleWe value all customers and can appreciate customer patronageWith regards to a unsatisfied customer we want to correct any problems or complaints associated with services performedWe do not take these matters lightlyWith that being said, Busheys Automotive offers full cooperation with such issues.Standard protocol measures would have the customer return the vehicle to our facility for correcting any and or all problems associated with services providedUnder the circumstances where the customer has moved to a different state, and had vehicle serviced elsewhere, we cannot correct the problem at our facilityCustomer made one call on September 18, explaining her problemDuring the content of that call, there were no discussions of reimbursement, A letter from customer was received on September 23, At that time customer asked for reimbursement in the amount of $On October 1, 2015, Busheys Automotive attempted to contact customerA message was left at that timeAt approximately 1:p.m., same day, Busheys Automotive received a return call from customerBeing that customer was unable to have Busheys Automotive correct the problem at our facility, Busheys Automotive agreed to reimburse customer on October 1,in the amount of $305.59.On October 2, 2015, Busheys Automotive contacted customer as to where (which address) check should be sent.A complete and full resolution had been made with the customer, prior to receiving a complaint letter issued by Revdex.com, filed by customerComplaint was filed on September 30, 2015, letter received by postal mail on October 6, 2015.With regard to these circumstances, Busheys Automotive will reimburse customer by form of checkCustomer has been contacted and a resolution of complete desired settlement amount (requested by .customer) has been acceptedComplete and full disputed amount in the sum of $will be issued and mailed to address given by customer.Busheys Automotive sincerely regrets any inconveniences that this may have causedOur customers are our lifeblood, we will make every attempt possible for a positive experience with us.Sincerely,

With that being said, Busheys Automotive offers full cooperation with such issues.Even with having over 30 years experience as being a [redacted] Independent Dealer, Busheys Automotive does not control any of the pricing structures, additional charges, missing equipment, fuel replenishment charges, credit card processing, merchant fees, promissory notes, etc. This complaint #[redacted] would be best directed to [redacted].That being said to help assist [redacted] complaint; I am including the [redacted] contact information along with the original contract #, rental equipment and a phone #:Equipment rental contract #[redacted]Equipment rented: [redacted]                               (2) furniture dollies[redacted] billing support: [redacted]  Busheys Automotive sincerely regrets any inconveniences that this may have caused.
