retainers by parent who then declined to bring patient in for assessment at that time Parent was aware of replacement cost of retainers before appointment on 4/after adjusting retainers months previously as referenced in # OHCA policies and guidelines were followed - replacement of retainers are responsibility of private party payment Retainers will not fit as a cause of not wearing them as instructed Patient admittedly had not been wearing them as instructed and had not made us aware of any concerns or questions about fit at any time, for any reason (which is always welcome as office policy) Staff protocol reviewed and addressed Replacement retainers can be provided at private party cost
