Thank you for contacting me today regarding case ID #***I have forwarded you the email thread between myself and *** *** ***Based on our communication, *** *** never contacted me with his credit card info; I was unable to refund his $depositAfter receiving the letter from the Revdex.com, I contacted *** *** by phone and inquired about his complaintHe said he did not receive my messageI collected his credit card info at that time and promptly refunded $to his account (see attached receipt with appointment notes for his missed appointment).
*** *** assured me he would contact the Revdex.com to remove the complaint and/or notify you that we had resolved the situationPlease let me know if there are additional steps I need to take in order to clear up this matterI have cooperated with *** *** and feel we have supplied you with the appropriate records necessary to remain in good standing with the Revdex.com

Revdex.com:

I left [redacted], the representative assigned to our case, a message 10/9/14 asking that she contact me. Since [redacted] and I have resolved the situation, do you still require us to complete the paperwork? 
I received another letter from [redacted] today about the case. I have left [redacted] another message requesting that she contact me today. I can be reached Tuesday-Saturday, 1:00-8:00 p.m., ###-###-####.
I would like to expedite the process and avoid additional paperwork if necessary. Thank you for your time.
